3. Rental Terms

Rental Period

Placement

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible drop-off location
  • Any permits required for placement (street, public property, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer

Weight Limits

  • Each dumpster includes a specified weight limit
  • Exceeding weight limits will result in additional fees

4. Prohibited Materials

The following items are NOT allowed in dumpsters:

  • Hazardous waste
  • Chemicals, paint, or solvents
  • Tires
  • Batteries
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Flammable or explosive materials
  • Medical or biohazard waste

If prohibited items are found, additional fees and/or refusal of pickup may occur.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is provided upfront based on rental size, duration, and location
  • Payment terms will be disclosed at booking
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Overweight loads
    • Extended rental periods
    • Prohibited materials
    • Failed delivery or pickup attempts

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made prior to scheduled delivery
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not overload the dumpster beyond its capacity
  • Ensure materials are safe and permitted
  • Provide clear access for delivery and pickup
  • Avoid damage to the dumpster

You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is in your possession.

8. Property Damage & Liability

  • Calloc Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or property due to normal delivery and pickup operations
  • Customer assumes all responsibility for site conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calloc Dumpsters shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

10. Website Use

You agree not to:
